
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
• Replace and repair hardware components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, batteries, keyboards, speakers, screens, etc.
• Perform laptop servicing including fan cleaning and thermal paste replacement
• Provide on-site technical support to customers when required
• Handle basic networking issues (WiFi, router configuration, LAN connectivity)
• Install drivers, antivirus, and necessary software applications
• Perform data backup and data recovery when needed
• Maintain service reports and update repair status
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding repair status and solutions
