Mandatory Qualifications
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
Comfortable traveling for customer visits.
ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical certification is an advantage.
1-3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong practical hardware skills may also apply).
Job Responsibilities
Visit customer locations to diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers.
Disassemble and assemble laptops and desktop PCs safely and professionally.
Diagnose hardware faults and identify the root cause of issues.
Replace and install laptop and desktop components, including:
Batteries
Keyboards
LCD/LED Screens
Motherboards
Wi-Fi Cards
RAM
HDD/SSD
Cooling Fans
Hinges and other internal components
Perform hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance.
Install and configure Windows, drivers, and essential software.
Test systems thoroughly after repair to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain service reports and communicate repair status with customers.
Handle customer devices with care and maintain a professional attitude during field visits.
