We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team at Technico Infoteech Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, CCTV systems & other IT hardware.
Set up, configure & maintain computer systems, network infrastructure & peripheral devices for smooth operations.
Diagnose & resolve hardware, software, OS & peripheral issues through on-site troubleshooting & repairs.
Install, configure & upgrade Windows OS, business applications, antivirus, firewalls & other security tools.
Monitor network performance, identify connectivity issues & troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches & internet problems.
Perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, hardware upgrades & replacements to minimize downtime.
Assist with server installations, user account management, data backup, system recovery & basic network administration.
Coordinate with clients & internal teams to resolve technical issues within service timelines & maintain customer satisfaction.
Document service visits, issues, configurations, maintenance activities & implemented solutions.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, maintain updates & recommend improvements for better performance.
Provide end-user training & technical guidance on hardware, software & network resources.
Respond promptly to emergency service calls & provide remote or on-site support as required. Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
