We are looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Hardware Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for computer hardware repair, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling network-related services efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals
Handle network-related troubleshooting and maintenance
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
Install operating systems, software, and drivers
Identify and resolve system performance issues
Maintain service reports and update technical documentation
Coordinate with clients for issue resolution and support

🔹 Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in computer hardware servicing
✔ Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
✔ Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, internet connectivity)
✔ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
✔ Good communication and customer handling skills
✔ Field service experience will be an added advantage

Knowledge of CCTV, networking devices, and system maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Strong problem-solving abilities
Time management and coordination skills
