Job Title: Laptop On-Site Engineer

Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai (Saki Naka)

Salary: INR 10,000 - 25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support for laptop hardware and software-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.

Perform hardware repairs and component replacements as needed.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and service requests.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to client locations within the designated area.

Valid driving license and reliable transportation preferred.

We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team at Shubh Electricals to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹25000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
