Key Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Diagnosis and rectification of hardware faults.
Operating system installation, configuration, and support (Windows/Linux).
Network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi.
Preventive maintenance of IT equipment as per AMC schedule.
Coordination with OEMs/vendors for warranty and service support.
Maintaining service reports, call logs, and inventory records.
Ensuring minimum downtime of IT infrastructure at customer sites.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent.
Hardware & Networking certifications (A+, N+, CCNA, etc.) preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Own two-wheeler preferred for local site visits.
Willingness to work at Government Department locations.
Ability to handle multiple service calls and AMC commitments.
