What You’ll Provide: On-site support for HP laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.).
Use HP tools for troubleshooting and system updates.
Maintain service reports and follow the escalation process when needed.
Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at client sites.
What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting/field support.
Knowledge of PC hardware, BIOS, OS installation, and drivers.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple service calls independently.
