Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Hardware Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and computer hardware systems. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of devices and provide technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues
Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, display, and battery problems
Install and upgrade hardware components
Perform OS installation and software configuration
Handle system formatting and data backup
Provide technical support to staff/users
Maintain repair records and service reports
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and warranty claims
Ensure proper preventive maintenance of systems

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting
OS installation (Windows/Linux basic knowledge)
Hardware assembly & disassembly skills
Basic networking knowledge
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and customer handling ability

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field
Hardware & Networking certification preferred

Experience

1–3 years experience in laptop or desktop hardware support
