Key Responsibilities
Hardware Maintenance: Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and fix laptops, desktops, and computer peripherals (monitors, printers, keyboards, etc.).
Component Replacement: Diagnose and replace faulty hardware parts like RAM, hard drives/SSDs, motherboards, screens, and power supplies.
Software Support: Learn to diagnose system errors, install/configure Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), and set up essential software applications.
System Diagnosis: Run diagnostic tests to identify root causes of hardware and software issues.
Team Collaboration: Proactively interact and coordinate with the backend technical team to resolve complex issues.
Customer Interaction: Communcate professionally with customers to understand their technical problems and provide updates on their repair status.
