Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Internship

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000

Work Location: Noida / Greater Noida

ABOUT THE ROLE

OniT Services is looking for a skilled and responsible Laptop & PC Hardware Technician to join our on-site service team.

The selected candidate will be directly assigned to customer locations to handle laptop and desktop hardware installation, repair, troubleshooting and service requirements.

This is a hands-on field role. Candidates are expected to have prior practical knowledge of computer hardware and should be capable of handling assigned service tasks independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit customer locations for scheduled laptop and desktop service.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.

• Perform RAM installation, replacement and upgrades.

• Perform SSD/HDD installation and replacement.

• Handle laptop battery replacement.

• Perform motherboard, screen and keyboard replacement.

• Carry out hardware testing and basic fault diagnosis.

• Complete assigned service jobs efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain and handle service tools and equipment responsibly.

• Communicate professionally with customers during service visits.

• Provide timely service updates to the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Practical knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.

• Hands-on experience in computer hardware repair and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of RAM, SSD/HDD, batteries, motherboards, screens and keyboards.

• Ability to identify and resolve common hardware issues.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Professional attitude and good communication skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations for on-site service.

• Candidates with practical hardware servicing experience will be preferred.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Own Bike – Candidate must have a personal bike for travelling to customer locations.

• Own Tool Kit – Candidate must have their own basic laptop/PC hardware repair toolkit.

• Smartphone – Required for customer communication, service coordination and job updates.

IMPORTANT

This is an on-site service role. The selected candidate will be assigned directly to customer locations and is expected to handle service jobs independently.

Candidates applying for this position should already have practical knowledge of laptop and PC hardware. This role does not include basic hardware training.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10000 per month
