We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineers, CCTV Installation Technician, Network Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, surveillance camera systems, computer network setups. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV hardware, networking basics, computer troubleshooting including hardware and software and on-site technical support.
Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment
Perform site inspections to determine optimal camera placement
Run and terminate cables (LAN, coaxial, power) neatly and safely
Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote viewing access
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
Explain system operation and basic troubleshooting to customers
Maintain installation reports and service documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware issues including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, drivers, and standard software applications
Identify and resolve software-related issues affecting system performance and stability
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or replacements as needed
Perform system backups, restorations, and data recovery when required
Provide technical support to end users, both onsite and remotely
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, issues, and resolutions
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when necessary
Diploma/ITI/Certification in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
Proven experience in CCTV or security system installation
Knowledge of IP cameras, analog cameras, DVR/NVR systems
Basic understanding of networking (IP address, router, LAN)
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
Familiarity with tools such as drills, crimping tools, testers
Willingness to work at heights and travel to client locations
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and/or macOS operating systems
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with network setup and troubleshooting
Familiarity with system imaging, patching, and asset management tools
Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
Field-based role at residential, commercial, and industrial sites
May require weekend or after-hours work for urgent installations
