Job Description

CCTV Technician

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

  • Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, switches, and related networking issues.

  • Handle remote and on-site technical support for CCTV systems.

  • Configure IP cameras, network settings, and CCTV monitoring software.

  • Diagnose connectivity, recording, and video-quality issues.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical problems.

Maintain service reports and system documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.

  • Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and basic networking.

  • Familiarity with LAN, IP addressing, and troubleshooting.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
