Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Installation Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations, installing CCTV surveillance systems, configuring devices, and ensuring proper functioning of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems at client locations.

  2. Handle wiring, cabling, power connections, and camera positioning.

  3. Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.

  4. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CCTV systems.

  5. Conduct site visits for installation, inspection, and technical support.

  6. Ensure proper functioning and testing of installed CCTV equipment.

  7. Maintain installation records and provide updates to the reporting manager.

  8. Coordinate with clients and explain basic system operations.

  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve technical issues within the given timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

  • Hands-on knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and Analog Cameras.

  • Knowledge of LAN networking, routers, switches, and cable termination.

  • Familiarity with Cat6 cable, coaxial cable, and basic electrical wiring.

  • Ability to troubleshoot camera connectivity and recording issues.

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Willingness to travel for field visits and installation assignments.

  • ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant technical field will be preferred.
