Job Description

  • Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and service issues

  • Handle client communication and email correspondence

  • Troubleshoot hardware and networking problems (PCs, routers, printers, CCTV)

  • Perform crimping, punching, OS installation, and basic network setup

  • Configure Wi-Fi routers, Outlook, and email clients

  • Maintain internal IT documentation and inventory

  • To prepare quotation and competitive costing

  • Coordinate with internal teams like Accounts , Operations etc.
