Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Azure Stack HCI & VMware Infrastructure Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise virtualization and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure Stack HCI, VMware vSphere, ESXi , vCenter, storage, networking, and disaster recovery solutions , along with experience in infrastructure automation and cloud integration. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Azure Stack HCI environments. Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi , and vCenter Server infrastructure. Monitor and optimize virtualization platforms to ensure high availability and performance. Manage clusters, storage, networking, and virtual machine lifecycle activities. Configure and maintain Azure Arc integration with Azure Stack HCI environments. Implement infrastructure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Perform capacity planning, health monitoring, and performance tuning. Manage Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) deployments and upgrades. Troubleshoot hardware, virtualization, networking, and storage-related issues. Configure and maintain failover clustering and workload migration. Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams for hybrid cloud deployments. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other infrastructure automation tools. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
