Associate Hardware Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Hardware Engineer to join our engineering team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in hardware design, testing, and development. The candidate will work on real-time hardware projects, assisting senior engineers in the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of electronic hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of PCB layouts and circuit schematics

• Support hardware prototyping, soldering, and assembly

• Perform component selection, simulation, and testing of circuits

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and QA engineers

• Conduct debugging and failure analysis on hardware prototypes

• Document hardware designs, testing procedures, and results

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline

• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics

• Familiarity with tools such as Altium, Eagle, or KiCad for PCB design

• Hands-on experience with lab instruments like oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator

• Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
