Job Description

Manage IT asset lifecycle: allocation, release, sanitization, and EOL handling.

Handle user requests and resolve asset-related queries promptly.

Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow and other ITAM systems.

Support onboarding and refresh projects by timely asset provisioning.

Coordinate with teams for asset movement, verification, and compliance.Forward and reverse logistic movement under BCP, end users shipment concerns, co-ordination with the exernal courier partner

Ensure proper documentation for asset transfers and sanitization.

Generate reports on asset status and inventory health.

ServiceNow experience for asset tracking and request management.

Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management processes.

Familiarity with O365 tools for documentation and communication.

Good understanding of asset sanitization and compliance standards.

Excellent communication skills for user interaction and coordination.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
