Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and internal coordination
Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor contracts
Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements
Logistics & Operations:
Plan and manage dispatch, delivery, and shipment schedules
Coordinate with transport vendors, couriers, and suppliers
Track orders, deliveries, and returns to ensure timely execution
Maintain proper records of inward and outward goods
Inventory & Vendor Coordination:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams for replenishment
Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy
Liaise with vendors for procurement, pricing, and service quality
Ensure timely payments follow-up and documentation
Facility & Support Management:
Handle basic facility management (maintenance, utilities, etc.)
Coordinate repairs, service providers, and office upkeep
Assist in handling administrative compliance and requirements
Process & Reporting:
Maintain reports related to logistics, inventory, and admin expenses
Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
Ensure all operations are aligned with company policies
