Roles & Responsibilities

• user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and digital products using Figma.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to turn business goals into great UX/UI designs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

• Maintain consistent design systems, styles, and components in Figma.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.

• Collect and implement feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve the design.

• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy in the final product.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, Figma features, and design best practices.
  

  Skills Required

• Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, human-centered design, and accessibility

• Mastery in using Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration

• Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
