Web & Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive to design, develop, and maintain company websites while also managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website development (frontend & backend) and digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coding and Development:

  Write clean, testable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks to build websites and web applications. 

• User Interface (UI) Creation:

  Develop website layouts and user interfaces by implementing standard HTML/CSS practices and translating UI/UX designs into functional code. 

• Data Integration:

  Connect and manage data from various back-end services and databases. 

• Optimization:

  Ensure websites are fast, scalable, responsive across different devices, and optimized for search engines (SEO). 

• Testing and Debugging:

  Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality across various browsers and devices, then debug and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise. 

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with graphic designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional web features. 

• Maintenance and Support:

  Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements for existing web properties. 

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain detailed software documentation for code and processes. 

• Staying Current:

  Keep abreast of the latest web technologies, industry trends, and best practices. 

Key Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. 

• Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and libraries (e.g., jQuery). 

• Back-End Skills: Knowledge of server-side languages and databases, or familiarity with RESTful APIs for integrating data. 

• Responsive Design: Expertise in creating websites that adapt to different screen sizes and devices. 

• Troubleshooting: Strong ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently. 

• Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand stakeholder requirements. 

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and website traffic using analytics tools.

Manage social media platforms: content creation, posting, and engagement.

Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing materials and blog posts.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web technologies and digital marketing.
