Web & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Web Developer cum Digital Marketing Executive to design, develop, and maintain company websites while also managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website development (frontend & backend) and digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:

Design, develop, and maintain company websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance and speed.

Regularly update content, banners, and other media on the website.

Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and server-related problems.

Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and website traffic using analytics tools.

Manage social media platforms: content creation, posting, and engagement.

Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing materials and blog posts.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web technologies and digital marketing.
