Job Overview

Om Soft Solution is looking for a motivated WordPress & Web Developer who can develop and customize websites, work with modern web development tools, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress.
Work with WordPress page builders such as Divi, Elementor, and other popular tools.
Customize WordPress themes, plugins, layouts, and website functionality.
Develop and modify web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Have a basic understanding of React.js for front-end development.
Create, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and online stores.
Perform basic PHP coding and MySQL database operations.
Ensure website responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot website issues and implement necessary technical fixes.
Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, design preferences, and business objectives.
Communicate with clients regarding website progress, design changes, and technical requirements.
Explain website features and development solutions to clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.
Handle client queries and provide regular project updates.
Follow website development standards and maintain the quality of deliverables.

Required Skills

Practical knowledge of WordPress website development and customization.
Experience with Divi, Elementor, or similar WordPress page builders.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Basic understanding of React.js.
Knowledge of Shopify website development and customization.
Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
Understanding of responsive web design and website performance optimization.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into website solutions.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing business websites, landing pages, and corporate websites.
