Job Description

Web Development

Build & Maintain: Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using standard front-end stacks and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, React, HTML/CSS).
Optimization: Continuously optimize websites for speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.
Integrations: Integrate APIs, CRM systems, and third-party tracking tools for seamless lead generation and user data tracking.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads) with highly optimized landing pages to boost conversions (CRO).
- Analytics: Track and analyze site traffic and campaign metrics using Google Analytics and tag management; create actionable reports.
- SEO & Content: Ensure all web content and site architecture adhere to strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices.
  Applied AI & Automation
  - AI Coding Workflows: Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to generate, optimize, and debug code rapidly.
  - AI Integration: Implement AI-driven personalization, chatbots, or dynamic content features into the user journey to increase engagement.
  - Automation: Build and maintain workflows that allow the marketing team to deploy assets quickly without constant developer bottlenecks.
    Qualifications & Skills
    - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
    - Marketing: Solid background in SEO, SEM, PPC, and building conversion-focused landing pages.
    - AI Savvy: Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and automation pipelines.
    - Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and marketing funnels.
