About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Website Admin Executive to manage and maintain our day-to-day website and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website management, Shopify handling, sales reporting, and online marketplace coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily website operations and updates
Handle online marketplace platforms efficiently
Monitor and maintain Shopify store activities
Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Coordinate product listings, inventory updates, and pricing
Ensure smooth functioning of website-related activities
Resolve basic technical and operational issues related to website management
Coordinate with internal teams for order and product management

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in website or marketplace management
Knowledge of Shopify and online marketplace handling is mandatory
Good understanding of sales reporting and data management
Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills
