Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that deliver excellent user experiences. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate brand vision into engaging digital designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and create website layouts, graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.

• Develop responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality.

• Use design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Maintain and update website design elements to improve UI/UX.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

• Work on cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (knowledge of front-end frameworks is a plus).

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong portfolio showcasing past web design projects.

• Excellent sense of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.

• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
