👉 Shopify (Frontend + Conversion)
👉 Unicommerce / Uniware (Backend + Operations)

💡 What We’re Building

A trend-driven, campaign-first Shopify website connected with a strong backend system for seamless operations.

Think:

• Diwali → Festive website + bulk order flow

• Valentine’s → Campaign landing pages + bundle offers

• Sales → Real-time inventory sync across platforms

• Viral products → Instant listing + fast dispatch

🛒 Sales & Customer Focus (Core Priority)

• Increase conversion rate (CVR)

• Improve Average Order Value (AOV) via bundles & upsells

• Create a smooth customer journey (homepage → checkout)

• Reduce drop-offs with fast loading & clean UX

• Ensure accurate stock & fast delivery experience

• Build a website that is easy to shop, hard to leave

🔧 Shopify Responsibilities

• Custom theme development (modular + scalable)

• Campaign-based landing pages

• CRO improvements (ATC, checkout, UX)

• Speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)

• App integrations (payments, shipping, marketing tools)

• Upsell / cross-sell / bundle logic

⚙️ Unicommerce (Uniware) Responsibilities

• Inventory management & stock sync

• Order processing & fulfillment flow

• Marketplace integration (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)

• Shopify ↔ Unicommerce sync setup & troubleshooting

• Bulk upload, catalog management, and stock correction

• Return, cancellation & order tracking workflows

🎯 You’re a Fit If

• You have experience in both Shopify + Unicommerce (Uniware)

• You understand D2C + marketplace ecosystem in India

• You think in sales, not just systems

• You can handle both frontend (experience) + backend (operations)

• You solve problems fast (inventory mismatch, sync issues, etc.)

📊 Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with Razorpay, Shiprocket, ERP systems (Logic ERP)

• Knowledge of CRO & customer behavior

• Ability to execute fast during campaigns & sales

💰 Role Details

• Full-time
