Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

• Design and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites

• Create user-friendly layouts with strong UX/UI principles

• Develop websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO

• Update website content, graphics, and functionality as needed

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media)

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms

• Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) and prepare performance reports

Branding & Content

• Design graphics, banners, landing pages, and marketing materials

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams on campaigns

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in website design and digital marketing

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred)

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Canva

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms

• Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field

• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

• Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
