About the Role:
We are looking for a Systems-Driven Web Developer to own the technical lifecycle of our
client projects. This isn't just a development role—it’s an engineering role focused on Build
Velocity and First-Pass Perfection. You will be responsible for building our "Lego Engine" (a
modular component library) to ensure we can deploy world-class, conversion-optimized sites
35% faster than industry standards while maintaining a 95% accuracy rate.
What You’ll Do (Your Mission):
● The Lego Engine: Architect and maintain a master library of modular functional
components across Webflow, Wix, WordPress, and Shopify to standardize and accelerate
development.
● Build Velocity: Move projects from "Design Approved" to "QA Ready" with a 35%
reduction in build time compared to traditional methods.
● First-Pass Perfection: Deliver projects with ≥ 95% accuracy, ensuring functionality
works perfectly on the first try to eliminate "Profit Tax" (rework hours).
● System Health & Performance: Own the "Lighthouse Score" for all client sites, ensuring
a minimum Performance Score of 90/100 through technical SEO and speed optimization.
● Technical SLA Compliance: Manage technical support with high predictability, resolving
critical bugs within 2 hours and standard issues within 12 hours.
● Implementation: Manage marketing tool integrations, tracking codes (GA4, GTM, Meta
Pixels), and CRM automations with surgical precision.
What You’ll Bring:
● The "Zero Rework" Mindset: You are naturally meticulous and take pride in work that
doesn't come back with bugs.
● Platform Mastery: Expertise in No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Webflow, Shopify,
WordPress) and also to use custom HTML/CSS/JS when required.
● Pixel-Perfect Execution: An eye for detail that ensures a ≥ 95% pixel-match between
Figma designs and live implementations.
● Speed & Documentation: Ability to document your processes (SOPs) so the systems
you build can scale as the team grows.
● Growth Focus: An interest in how technical performance (LCP, FID, CLS) impacts a
client's bottom line and ROI.
