Web Designer

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled IT Manager to lead and oversee our teams of Web Developers, Graphic Designers, and SEO Specialists. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects, optimizing web performance, and aligning digital initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and skills development.

• Manage project workflows, task assignments, and deadlines

• Web Development Oversight

• Oversee front-end and back-end web development projects.

• Ensure websites and web applications are responsive, secure, and scalable.

• Collaborate with developers to implement new features and resolve technical issues.

Graphics & UI/UX Coordination

• Work closely with graphic designers to maintain visual consistency across digital platforms.

• Review and approve designs for web, social media, and digital advertising.

• Ensure optimal user experience (UX) and adherence to brand guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

• Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, and cloud services.

• Google certifications (Analytics, Ads, SEO) are a plus.
