About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving our company’s web pages, programs, and applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver engaging and user-friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices.

• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.

• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites.

• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in web programming.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Solid knowledge of back-end languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with web hosting environments, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.

• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process.

• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets.

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
