As a Web Designer, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

● Understand the beauty and simplicity and how it translate to great design .

● Understanding the vision of a great stakeholder & translating to great experience on screen by using HTML 5,CSS3, Jquery, Photoshop, Flash .

● Work in software programming and graphics (Photoshop and flash).

● Create responsive websites and establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standard.

● Designing web layouts, determining technical requirements.

● Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
