Home Treasures, a company with a 30-year legacy in precision engineering, is launching a massive new digital division. Our mission is to build and manage a portfolio of nearly 100 high-performance websites for our new e-commerce and manufacturing brands (starting with kitchens, wardrobes, and more).

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled WordPress Developer to be a foundational member of this new team. You will be the technical architect, responsible for taking our design vision and building an entire ecosystem of websites from the ground up.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build New Brands: Lead the end-to-end development of new WordPress sites for our expanding portfolio.

• Craft Flawless Experiences: Convert design mockups (from Figma/Photoshop) into pixel-perfect, lightning-fast, and fully responsive websites using Elementor Pro.

• Own Performance: Obsessively optimize every site for speed (target 90+ on PageSpeed Insights), security, and on-page SEO.

• Manage the Portfolio: Maintain, update, and continuously improve our entire family of websites.

• Troubleshoot & Solve: Be the go-to expert for diagnosing and fixing any technical issues, plugin conflicts, or bugs.

Skills Required:

• WordPress Mastery: Deep expertise in WordPress, including custom themes and modern page builders (especially Elementor Pro).

• Front-End Skills: Strong knowledge of CSS & HTML is essential for making the custom adjustments that page builders can't.

• Speed Demon: Proven experience in website speed optimization (caching, image compression, code minification).

• Meticulous Eye for Detail: You have a sharp eye for design and can't stand it when things are misaligned.

• Problem-Solver: You are a proactive, "figure-it-out" person who thrives on challenges.
