Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and front-end basics to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually engaging website layouts and user interfaces
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes based on project requirements
Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for different devices and browsers
Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams
Maintain brand consistency across all web pages and digital assets
Optimize website designs for speed and performance
Update and maintain existing websites as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or similar
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Portfolio showcasing web design projects
Knowledge of JavaScript basics is an added advantage
Experience working on live projects or internships

Salary:

15000 to 25000 per month
