Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute medico marketing campaigns to promote dialysis services
Design engaging promotional creatives using Canva (basic graphic skills required)
Manage local retail marketing activities – health camps, clinic branding, awareness sessions, and GP engagement
Build and maintain relationships with doctors to promote services and drive referrals
Support marketing for new center launches and patient acquisition strategies
Collaborate with the clinical, ops, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging
Help track ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Work closely with vendors, partners, and agencies for timely execution
Desired Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of experience in marketing roles in pharma, healthcare, or hospitals
Strong experience in doctor engagement and field-level promotion of healthcare services
Good understanding of medico marketing and patient communication
Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools
Exposure to on-ground retail or BTL marketing is a must
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
Self-starter, creative, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
