Visual Effects (VFX) Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Graphic & VFX Designer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and visual effects, with a flair for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and guiding students to build creative portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom/online sessions in Graphic Design and VFX.

• Teach software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, etc.

• Develop and update training modules, lesson plans, and assessments.

• Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to students on assignments and projects.

• Prepare students for industry-standard certifications (if applicable).

• Conduct periodic assessments and maintain student progress reports.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques.

• Mentor students on career paths and portfolio development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, or related field.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and VFX software.

• Strong creative and visual skills with a good eye for detail.

• Prior experience as a trainer/mentor or in an educational institute preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred:

• Portfolio showcasing both design and VFX projects.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.

• Experience in project-based or hands-on teaching methods.
