Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Branding
Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
Design visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, banners, packaging, presentations, and digital creatives.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
Create innovative visuals that resonate with target audiences while aligning with brand positioning.
Campaign Development & Execution
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key deliverables.
Work closely with the sales and product development teams to design collaterals supporting sales goals.
Adapt designs for multiple formats and ensure optimization across platforms and devices.
Integrate data-driven insights and market trends into design strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and digital) to deliver impactful campaigns.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall campaign strategy.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on latest industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging design tools/technologies.
Suggest innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement through design.
Experiment with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design to diversify content.
Added Advantage
Certification in Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Graphic Design.
Hands-on experience with social media advertising creatives (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Ads).
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Previous experience in E-commerce, Luxury, or Jewellery brand design.
