We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Design Faculty who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for successful careers in the digital industry.

Position Details

Job Title: UI/UX Design Faculty

Location: Ashram, South Delhi (Pink Line Metro Station)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Eligibility

- Graduate in any field

- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design

- Prior experience in curriculum creation will be an added advantage

Candidates should have strong expertise in:

- UI/UX Design concepts, principles, and industry practices

- Professional tools such as Figma and Adobe XD

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI tools

- User research, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems

- Current design industry trends and portfolio requirements

- Delivering practical, project-based, and industry-focused training to students

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and practical UI/UX Design classroom sessions

- Train students on current UI/UX techniques, design tools, and industry best practices

- Develop and update course content according to industry standards and trends

- Mentor students in creating professional UI/UX projects and portfolios

- Guide students in developing industry-ready skills for internships and placements

- Assess student projects and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills
