What we are looking for?
We’re looking for a user-centric UX Designer with a strong foundation in user research and experience design, who can translate real user needs into simple, intuitive product product experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across online and experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across online and online user journeys, including store stan, pharmacists, and senior (50+) customers. You should be hands-on with research, wire framing, and visual design, and able to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn insights into well executed solutions. We value designers who think strategically, validate ideas with users, iterate quickly, and can clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Insights (Primary Focus)
Conduct user research across online customers, oline store customers (50+
age group), store sta, pharmacists, and internal stakeholders.
Plan and execute:
o User interviews
o Contextual inquiries (store observations, POS interactions)
o Usability tests
o Competitor benchmarking
Convert these insights into personas, journey maps, problem statements, and opportunity areas.
Validate assumptions and concepts with users using rapid testing.
Improve user flows based on qualitative + quantitative signals.
UX Strategy & Experience Design
o Translate research insights into:
o Information architecture
o Wireframes
o Flowcharts
o Low-fidelity prototypes
Visual Design
Convert wireframes into clean, modern UI using our design system.
Ensure accessibility, readability, and visual consistency.
Collaboration & Execution
Work with Product Manager to define problem statements, success metrics, and
acceptan criteria.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
Present research findings and design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Utilize an iterative approach, incorporating continuous experimentation, testing,
and learning.
Must-Have
Strong expertise in UX methodologies, user research, usability testing, and discovery frameworks.
Ability to break down complex problems into simple, usable workflows.
Proficiency with:
o Figma
o FigJam
o Prototyping tools
o Sketch
o Canva
Excellent communication skills— ability to explain “why” behind design decisions..
