Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
Conduct basic user research and usability testing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers
Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines
Improve user experience based on feedback and data
Create design assets and UI components
Maintain design consistency across products
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
Good communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or responsive design
Experience with usability testing tools
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards
Portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or personal project.
