Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You should have strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Variables, and Prototyping, with the ability to transform ideas into modern, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Build and maintain scalable Figma Design Systems using Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Variables, and Styles.
Create reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve user experience.
Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and developer handoff.
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Present design concepts and confidently communicate design decisions.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
Contribute fresh ideas and innovative design concepts that improve product usability and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma with advanced knowledge of:
Auto Layout

Design Systems
Variables
Styles & Libraries
Interactive Prototyping
Developer Handoff
Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
Experience designing responsive interfaces for multiple screen sizes.
Knowledge of UX methodologies, user journeys, personas, and information architecture.
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is an advantage.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Experience with AI-powered design tools and plugins is an added advantage.
