Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The candidate will be responsible for improving user satisfaction by enhancing usability, accessibility, and interaction between users and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain consistency in design elements and branding guidelines.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility).
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with agile development teams.
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
