Job Description

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer to join our team at Digital Molecule Private Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

What you'll do

  • Design mobile app and web screens end to end — wireframes, hi-fi UI, prototypes

  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma

  • Work on high-volume screen delivery for edtech products (app flows, onboarding, course pages, dashboards)

  • Hand off to developers with specs, tokens, and responsive states

  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year hands-on UI/UX experience

  • Strong Figma skills: auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping

  • Portfolio showing mobile app work (mandatory)

  • Understanding of design systems, spacing, typography, and accessibility basics

  • Ability to work to fixed timelines on large screen counts

Good to have

  • Experience with edtech or consumer apps

  • Basic motion/micro-interaction work (Figma Smart Animate, Lottie)

  • Familiarity with user research or A/B testing inputs
