UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a user-centred, conversion-focused UI/UX Designer to design premium e-commerce experiences for Bhima Jewellery’s web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will balance elegant aesthetics with usability, performance, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design user-centred, conversion-focused experiences for Bhima’s e-commerce web and mobile platforms.

·         Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with our premium brand identity.

·         Ensure responsive, accessible, and fast interfaces that build customer trust.

·         Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

·         Conduct rapid usability testing and iterate designs based on customer feedback and analytics insights.

·         Build, maintain, and evolve a coherent design system to ensure consistency and speed of delivery.

·         Own developer handoffs, providing clear specifications and assets for pixel-perfect implementation.

·         Optimize product detail pages, listing pages, and checkout flows for clarity, speed, and conversion.

·         Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives by creating design variants.

·         Maintain design documentation, versioned assets, and UI performance standards.

·         Balance design quality with delivery timelines and business objectives.

Key Deliverables

1.      Wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups (web & mobile).

2.      Reusable design system and component library.

3.      Developer-ready assets and detailed handoff documentation.

4.      Conversion-optimized product and checkout designs.

5.      Accessibility-compliant and responsive interfaces.

6.      Design variants for A/B testing and CRO experiments.

7.      Performance-optimized UI assets for fast web delivery.

Required Skills & Tools

Design & Technical Skills

·         Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD / Sketch.

·         Strong experience with wireframing, interactive prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

·         Expertise in design systems, components, and design tokens.

·         Strong responsive and mobile-first design skills.

·         Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for feasible developer handoffs.

·         Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) – contrast, semantics, keyboard navigation.

·         Familiarity with usability and analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, FullStory).

·         Experience supporting A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO).

·         Knowledge of image optimization and performance best practices (Lighthouse).

·         Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zeplin, or Abstract.
