Job Title: Technical Website Executive

Job Summary:

A Technical Website Executive is responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating a company’s website. The role involves ensuring smooth website performance, implementing SEO strategies, uploading new content, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with developers or designers to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain website content (text, images, videos, etc.)

• Manage website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar)

• Troubleshoot website issues such as broken links, bugs, or downtime

• Coordinate with web developers for new features or updates

• Monitor website performance and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

• Implement basic SEO and website optimization

• Ensure website security and backup management

• Test and review new pages before publishing

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools

• Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Canva is a plus)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in website management or digital operations
