We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, tracking performance, and growing the brand’s online community.
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across all social media platforms.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news to keep strategies up to date.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build strong online communities.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost reach.
Stay updated on new tools, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong content creation and storytelling ability.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret social media metrics.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt quickly.
