Develop branding and visual identity systems, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and clients to deliver compelling campaigns.
Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Lead brainstorming and creative review sessions, contributing innovative ideas and approaches.
Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and helping them grow creatively.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the creative output fresh and relevant.
Prepare and present design concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5–7 years of professional experience in a design or creative agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, layout, typography, color theory, and digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, or video editing will be an added advantage.
Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
