PROFILE PURPOSE: The Graphic Designer role at DSI Robotics is a strategic corporate function responsible for translating engineering work, R&D innovation, and corporate culture and organizational communication into professional, high-impact visual assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

·       Corporate Brand & Visual Identity

·       Maintain and enforce DSI Robotics’ visual identity across platforms

·       Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and hierarchy

·       Upgrade creatives to global engineering-brand standards

1.       Marketing & Corporate Creatives

v  Job hiring posters, corporate announcements, event creatives

v  Festive creatives and office display materials

v  Print and digital ready designs

2.       Engineering, R&D & Project Communication

v  Visuals for robotics systems, workflows, R&D projects

v  Infographics, project showcases, corporate presentation

3.       Photo & Video Content

v  Editing of site, project, office, and event visuals

v  Corporate-grade thumbnails, frames, and covers

v  Site installations, Robotics testing, Office activities, Events & exhibitions

4.       Digital & Social Media (Corporate Focus)

v  LinkedIn creatives, website banners, WhatsApp broadcasts,

v  B2B, investor and client-facing visuals

5.       HR & Internal Communication

v  Recruitment creatives, onboarding materials

v  Birthday & anniversary posters, policy awareness posters

v  Internal announcements & training creatives

6.       Client & Management Support

v  Presentations, proposals, internal decks

REQUIRED SKILLS: -

1.      Technical Skills

o   Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)

o   Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)

o   Canva (Professional corporate use)

o   Basic knowledge of video tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)

2.      Design Knowledge

o   Typography systems (corporate fonts usage)

o   Grid layouts

o   Color psychology for engineering brands

o   Print and digital optimization standards

3.      Behavioral Competencies

o   Attention to detail (Zero tolerance for spelling, alignment, hierarchy errors)

o   Ability to understand engineering seriousness and confidentiality

o   Ability to work independently with Ownership mindset

o   Ability to handle multiple requests

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: -

·       Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or related field

·       Experience in engineering, R&D, or manufacturing/robotics/technology firms pref.
