Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across digital platforms, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, ad creatives, infographics, and more. You will play a key role in visually communicating our brand and clients' messages to targeted audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for digital media including social media posts, stories, reels, emailers, and online ads.
  
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies.
  
  

• Create layouts and designs that align with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
  
  

• Edit and retouch images, videos, and other creative materials as needed.
  
  

• Work with copywriters, content creators, and digital strategists to produce high-quality creative assets.
  
  

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  
  

• Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
  
  

• Adapt designs for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and websites.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing experience (portfolio required).
  
  

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  
  

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  
  

• Experience designing for digital platforms, especially social media and online advertising.
  
  

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

• Ability to handle feedback and improve accordingly.
  
  

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  
  

• 2-6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
