Key Responsibilities
-Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for educational content, social media, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
-Edit and produce engaging educational videos, testimonials, promotional reels, and lectures.
-Ensure consistency of branding across all visual materials.
-Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to deliver clear, educational, and visually appealing content.
-Design digital assets such as YouTube thumbnails, banners, emailers, brochures, etc.
-Manage post-production tasks including color correction, audio editing, animation, and motion graphics.
-Maintain an organized archive of video projects and design files.
-Adhere to project deadlines and support the team with quick turnarounds when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a graphic designer and video editor.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, indesign.
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Familiarity with content types used in education, especially medical coaching, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and deliver quality work under tight timelines.
Stability and long-term commitment to the role is a must.

Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in an educational or coaching environment can be plus.
Understanding of the FMGE/NExT curriculum is an advantage.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Job location: naraina vihar, new delhi-28
Salary: 15000 - 20000 (salary no bar for potential candidates)
Job timing: 9:30am - 6:30pm, Mon - Sat, Sun fixed off. Full time work from office role, Immediate joiners only females
