Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer – Print & Event Design (Healthcare Events)
Company: Keyson Solutions LLP
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in print and event design to join our team at Keyson Solutions LLP. As a healthcare/medical event management company, we need a designer who understands the visual language of medical conferences, CMEs, product launches, and corporate healthcare events, and who can translate campaign objectives into high-impact print and on-ground event artwork.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (in-hand)
Key Responsibilities:
Design complete event artwork sets including backdrops, stage/podium designs, registration counters, standees, banners, entry gates, directional signage, and welcome boards.
Create branding collaterals for medical/healthcare events — brochures, invitation cards, certificates, ID badges, delegate kits, and event schedules/agendas.
Design digital creatives for event promotion — social media posts, email invites, and website banners.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and event operations teams to understand event themes, doctor/sponsor branding requirements, and campaign objectives.
Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines of the company as well as pharma/healthcare sponsor guidelines (where applicable).
Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications (bleed, CMYK, DPI, dielines) and coordinate with vendors/printers for quality output.
Edit and revise designs quickly based on client, doctor, or internal feedback — often under event deadline pressure.
Maintain a design library of templates for recurring event elements (standees, backdrops, badges) to speed up turnaround for future events.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience, with prior experience in event/exhibition design mandatory (healthcare/pharma event background preferred).
Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign; working knowledge of Figma/Canva is a plus.
Sound understanding of print production — standee sizes, flex/banner dimensions, backdrop proportions, podium panel layouts, and registration counter mock-ups.
Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
Ability to manage multiple event projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of medical/healthcare terminology and sensitivity to clinical/professional visual tone is an added advantage.
